Did I have a lucid dream??

I had a dream where me and my friend were interested in lucid dreaming. I fell asleep somewhere in my dream. The dream I had in my dream was I was flying a spaceship and I was inside it. I than said to myself this was a dream. Everything seemed a little more clearer but not to much. I didn't notice if I had any control as the only thing that seemed to change was the clarity when I said that. Is it possible to have a lucid dream If I'm dreaming that I'm having a dream?
