Are the Oakland Raiders for real?

they have the pieces, they did beat the chargers for the first time in a while this year, so playoffs are imaginable. but starting from this year onwards I think they won't be laughing stocks like they were 3-4 years ago, they are building a really legitimate team right now. campbell is looking great, mcfadden was a great pick up at rb, and they do have a shut out corner in Nmandi, and seymour was a great pick up and a vocal leader that they were missing.
