Air tanks?

i was looking on actionvillage and saw that they offered to types of tanks, low pressure and hi pressure, i called my paintball shop and they said the 2 different output pressures dont make enuff difference for u to notice, is this tru or false? if it depends on the tell me for an inevrt mini.
