Fix my email account?

I have had this email account almost 2 years. I am being blocked from sending any email out. I have to go through wavy-code after wavy-code to send anything out, and now I am being blocked from sending ANY out! I am a people! Not a spammer, and I really resent being treated like one! I send funny forwards to my list of friends who do likewise, we need a laugh-please re-instate my account ASAP thank you
