Why is the People with Disabilities section ignored by the Moderators?

there isnt actual moderators, all questions and answers go through a machine that picks up on reports, and looks for key words that can be offensive. The whole system is screwed and not at all fair if you ask me. Yahoo needs to step up their gamea bit and clean this place up.
