OK...well why cant for instance a 16 yr old be the president and rule the country..?! Infact..why cant 16 yr olds also be in the senate..house of representatives? and some 17 yr olds to be in charge of the judicial, executive and legislative branches?! ..I know its not allowed in the constitution..any other reasons?
