Was jeff hardy not breaking the pin at the end of the smackdown scramble really strange to you?

he just goes to pin shelton instead and it doesnt rly make sense. i think it went a bit wrong there n hardy got up a bit too early. but i just thought he was up n clearly could've broken triple h's pin on mvp. matt hardy did it so many times breaking up all those pins.
