My friend's month old son has fits where he won't stop crying no matter what we do.?

We try the swing (it can switch between rocking and swinging), the bouncer seat that vibrates, walking around with him, bouncing him, singing to him, lullabies.. nothing works. They use the Similac Sensitive formula for fussiness and gas and also use the gas drops. Any suggestions?
