I need a good current event article please :)?

I have to take an article and make a poster to say if it has to do with popular soverienty, Judicial Review, Checks and Balances, Federalism, or Separated Powers! I know what they mean and I'll do the work! but I can't seem to find a good current article that I could link to one of these! THANKS :D
