IT DEPENDS ON A FEW THINGS SWEETIE. HOW HEAVY YOU ARE, ACTIVITY LEVEL, AND HOW STRICT YOU ARE WITH THE DIET. THE FIRST 2 WEEKS USUALLY DROP A GOOD AMOUNT OF WEIGHT. THE THING IS, THIS IS ALOT OF WATER WEIGHT AND NOT FAT. THE FAT BURNING STARTS AFTER THIS STAGE. USUALLY KNOWN AS KETOSIS. I PERSONALLY BEEN DOING THIS FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND HAD GREAT PROGRESS FROM THIS DIET. STAY STRONG AND CONSISTENT.
