Hello, About 5 weeks pregnant and I am having pressure when i try to go to the bathroom?

I know none of you are doctors but my doctors are obv closed until monday...I finally got my BFP on thanksgiving and I have been having light normal cramping....However today when i tried to go to the bathroom i had a lot of pressure...I had this with my last MC and so im really nervous...I dont know if its a normal symptom and I just happened to have it last time or if its a MC waiting to happen....I have no spotting this time and have felt really good......I havent had a BM for 2 days which i thought might cause the cramping( sorry tmi) what does everyone think? Please help im really scared
